About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform Digital Workplace support activities
- Manage user interactions via phone, ticketing portal, chat, and messaging
- Provide guidance and support for services, software, and applications
- Follow-up on incidents and user requests
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of IT support experience including 1st Line duties
- Knowledge of network setup, protocols, and antivirus management
- Proficiency in backup/restore procedures, patching, and software deployment
- Understanding of printing/scanning systems and troubleshooting
- Fluency in English and French (minimum B2 level)
Preferred Qualifications
- MCSA Windows 10 certification
- Microsoft 365 Certified
- Google IT Support certification
- MOS or equivalent certification
