About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform Digital Workplace support activities
  • Manage user interactions via phone, ticketing portal, chat, and messaging
  • Provide guidance and support for services, software, and applications
  • Follow-up on incidents and user requests

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year of IT support experience including 1st Line duties
  • Knowledge of network setup, protocols, and antivirus management
  • Proficiency in backup/restore procedures, patching, and software deployment
  • Understanding of printing/scanning systems and troubleshooting
  • Fluency in English and French (minimum B2 level)

Preferred Qualifications

  • MCSA Windows 10 certification
  • Microsoft 365 Certified
  • Google IT Support certification
  • MOS or equivalent certification
