About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware, software, and mobile devices
- Meticulously document end user issues in ITSM tools
- Adhere to established processes and knowledge documents
- Manage ticket backlogs
- Participate in continuous service improvement activities, including knowledge script and training document updates
- Collaborate closely with Onsite IT technicians
Requirements
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Ability to provide a criminal record extract not older than three months
- Advanced MS Office knowledge is a plus
