About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware, software, and mobile devices
  • Meticulously document end user issues in ITSM tools
  • Adhere to established processes and knowledge documents
  • Manage ticket backlogs
  • Participate in continuous service improvement activities, including knowledge script and training document updates
  • Collaborate closely with Onsite IT technicians

Requirements

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Strong planning and organizing skills
  • Ability to provide a criminal record extract not older than three months
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge is a plus
