About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor security equipment inventory and assist with physical stock verification
  • Manage and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance within the Optimus system
  • Encode security installation projects and manage new equipment entry
  • Decommission equipment following building abandonment and supervise recovered or discarded stock
  • Perform on-site visits following intervention requests when necessary
  • Verify As-Built files and inform project managers of installation issues
  • Provide data and feedback extracted from Optimus, including statistical and financial data
  • Act as the Optimus software expert, providing support to colleagues and collaborating with the IT sector

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Service Desk Agent or in a similar IT support role
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools
  • Knowledge of infrastructure maintenance management systems and tools
  • Experience with maintenance and project management procedures
  • Ability to participate in bi-lingual meetings
  • Capability to work in an international, multi-cultural environment
