Service Desk Administrator

Responsibilities

• Support daily IT operations to ensure devices and systems run smoothly
• Prepare laptops and accounts for new starters to facilitate seamless onboarding
• Provide first-line support for M365, Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and hardware
• Maintain accurate records in Intune, Jamf, and the ITSM platform
• Assist with updates and patching to maintain device security and compliance
• Collaborate with the wider IT team to improve processes and user experience

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
• Interest in device management tools such as Intune, Autopilot, or Jamf
• Understanding of account setup, password resets, and basic troubleshooting
• Awareness of IT security and data handling principles
• Strong communication skills and a logical approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• IT-related studies or certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Apple)
• Previous experience in customer service roles
• A curious mindset and a strong desire to learn new technologies
