Service Designer

Responsibilities

• Conduct exploration and research through audits, interviews, and field observations to understand real user needs.
• Map service ecosystems by creating detailed User Journeys and Service Blueprints to visualize touchpoints and internal processes.
• Facilitate co-creation workshops with stakeholders to drive the emergence of innovative and aligned solutions.
• Design and develop service prototypes (physical, digital, or organizational) to rapidly test hypotheses.
• Provide continuous support and feedback to project teams to present progress and adjust strategic trajectories.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within agencies or large corporate environments.
• Deep expertise in Design Thinking and Service Design methodologies.
• Expert-level proficiency in English.
• High proficiency in collaborative tools such as FigJam, Miro, or LucidChart to create clear, visual, and actionable documentation.
