Service Design Senior

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end-to-end omnichannel experiences across both physical and digital channels.
• Participate in projects focused on improving banking agency experiences and omnichannel customer journeys.
• Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement within existing services and processes.
• Create essential design artifacts including Customer Journey Maps, Service Blueprints, Ecosystem Maps, and Stakeholder Maps.
• Facilitate discovery, co-creation, and alignment workshops with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop viable, customer-centric solutions.
• Translate user and business insights into actionable design proposals.
• Support the implementation and continuous evolution of designed services.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Service Design, UX Strategy, or Service Design.
• Proven experience working on omnichannel projects (integrating physical and digital touchpoints).
• Background in banking, fintech, insurance, or other service-oriented industries.
• Experience designing experiences for physical branches, agencies, or in-person service environments.
• Strong skills in facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to map complex services and end-to-end processes.
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Miro, or FigJam.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office) in Surquillo, Lima, Peru.
