About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead global adoption programs for large, complex clients, including running workshops for senior stakeholders to create roadmaps across experience, business processes, technology, and data.
  • Lead and support cross-functional teams—including Strategy, Product Design, Development, and Business Analysts—to deliver high-quality strategic and creative outputs.
  • Develop and execute appropriate delivery methods and approaches to address diverse client contexts and requirements.
  • Draw actionable insights from quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic deliverables and communicate findings to the wider organization.
  • Manage and visualize outcomes, helping teams prioritize work and adhere to project scope and priorities.
  • Own and grow client relationships, identifying new opportunities where service design can add value.
  • Collaborate with Product Design, Design Engineering, and Infosys teams to ensure strategic visions are successfully translated into live products.
  • Contribute to the development of service design practice tools, methodologies, and applications.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior-level Service Design, Experience Strategy, or UX role, ideally within a leading digital agency.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating applied experience with service design methodologies through complex digital experiences.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align, persuade, and build relationships with C-suite executives and product owners.
  • Deep understanding of design thinking and human-centered design principles.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Solid understanding of related disciplines including technology, delivery, UX, and business strategy.
