Service Design Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead global adoption programs for large, complex clients, including running workshops for senior stakeholders to create roadmaps across experience, business processes, technology, and data.
• Lead and support cross-functional teams including Strategy, Product Design, Development, and Business Analysts to deliver high-quality strategic and creative outputs.
• Develop and execute appropriate delivery methods and approaches to address diverse client contexts and requirements.
• Draw insights from quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic deliverables and communicate findings to the wider organization.
• Manage and visualize outcomes, helping teams prioritize work and adhere to project scope.
• Own and grow client relationships, identifying new opportunities where service design can add value.
• Collaborate with Product Design, Design Engineering, and Infosys teams to ensure design visions are successfully translated into live products.
• Contribute to the development of service design practice tools, methodologies, and applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior Service Design, Experience Strategy, or UX role within a leading digital agency.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating applied experience with service design methodologies through complex digital experiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align, persuade, and build relationships from C-suite to product owners.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, action-oriented, and sometimes ambiguous environments.
• Solid understanding of supporting disciplines including technology, delivery, UX, and strategy.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a desire to drive business innovation.
