Service Depot Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage the Estonia Service Training Center for all training events
• Ensure training readiness by managing consumables, flow paths, connections, and tubing
• Maintain toolbox readiness by organizing and stocking tool kits for Field Service Engineers (FSEs)
• Oversee systems readiness by checking out systems prior to training sessions to ensure functionality
• Manage FSE tools, including inventory management, calibration cycling, and spare parts
• Handle urgent requests for broken, lost, or out-of-calibration tools
• Support SOP draft runs for new or updated procedures on training systems
• Manage general onboarding and office supplies for Repligen branded products

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 3-5 years of technical hands-on equipment experience
• 3-5 years of experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., ISO9001)
• 2-3 years of experience using SAP or a similar ERP system
• Proven ability to multi-task effectively
