About the role
Responsibilities
- Schedule technicians to customer job sites and manage job details
- Collect customer COD payments prior to job completion
- Manage technician schedules, job tickets, and material orders
- Review and manage department reports to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with billing paperwork and customer documentation requirements
- Create and maintain service tickets to meet service dates
- Provide service quotes in collaboration with the estimating team
- Assist field technicians with technical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse
Requirements
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in dispatch or high-volume administration is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work professionally
