Service Delivery Technician I

Responsibilities

• Perform FTTH fiber installations and service repair calls at residential locations
• Conduct fiber signal performance testing using signal meters and test cords
• Execute Wi-Fi signal mapping and provide mesh network extension recommendations
• Troubleshoot basic fiber drop issues and connectivity problems
• Climb ladders on poles and other network elements to perform installations
• Safely lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing 75+ pounds
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and personal safety gear
• Interact professionally with customers to explain service details and equipment features
• Document service tickets and job statuses using CRM and field service software

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift and maneuver objects 75+ lbs regularly
• Willingness to travel 100% of the time across the service region
• Comfortable working at elevated heights, on rooftops, and in various weather conditions
• Experience using CRM software and Google Docs
