Service Delivery Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team processing medical records
• Manage staff handling calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys
• Oversee the Audit Team receiving requests from Payors
• Manage requests from client Risk Management Teams
• Oversee escalation calls from centralized call centers
• Coordinate with client management on complex issues and fluctuating needs
• Participate in project teams to advance operational strategies

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Health Information related experience
• Well-versed with HIPAA standards
• Proficiency with Power BI and MS Office
• Strong presentation skills for leadership and clients
• Detail and quality oriented regarding medical records compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of leadership, Medical Records, or Release of Information experience
• Experience with EMR systems such as EPIC or Cerner
• Previous production or metric-based work experience
• Experience in team building and career development
