Service Delivery Manager IT

Responsibilities

• Lead application and web projects with responsibility for delivery commitments, operational performance, and client satisfaction
• Manage project planning, workloads, budgets, and performance KPIs
• Supervise development, testing, and production deployment processes
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and deviations
• Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary technical and functional teams
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and supporting pre-sales activities
• Monitor the financial performance and profitability of operational units

Requirements

• Significant experience in managing complex projects, ideally in Work Unit (WU) or service center environments
• Proficiency in managing Unit of Work (UO) including productivity and workload tracking
• Strong culture of delivery and result-oriented management (cost, deadline, quality)
• Proven ability to lead transverse multidisciplinary teams
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Business-oriented mindset with ability to develop client relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aeronautics or highly structured industrial environments
• Knowledge of cloud migration and automation projects
