As part of the Everience group, HELPLINE provides user support, application support, proximity support, IT asset management, and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) services to over 200 clients worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Manage service quality monitoring and continuous improvement processes
  • Implement and track departmental activity KPIs
  • Translate executive vision into measurable operational and budgetary objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of similar experience
  • Proficiency in ITIL
  • Experience in quality monitoring
  • Proficiency in PowerBI
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to maintain composure during incidents
