As part of the Everience group, HELPLINE provides user support, application support, proximity support, IT asset management, and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) services to over 200 clients worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Manage service quality monitoring and continuous improvement processes
- Implement and track departmental activity KPIs
- Translate executive vision into measurable operational and budgetary objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of similar experience
- Proficiency in ITIL
- Experience in quality monitoring
- Proficiency in PowerBI
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to maintain composure during incidents
