Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a set of assigned customers
• Hold regular meetings with clients to discuss service quality
• Explore opportunities to further assist clients with their cybersecurity needs
• Improve customer satisfaction and increase the value of existing contracts
• Ensure clients receive managed services reliably, consistently, and professionally

Requirements

• A few years of relevant work experience in service delivery or account management
• Passion for customer service and cybersecurity
• Ability to manage a growing client base and collaborate with a large team
