About the role
Responsibilities
- Design the organization and manage the production of one team across a multi-activity scope
- Ensure the achievement of production targets and financial objectives of the contract
- Lead and communicate the company’s HR policy
- Optimize and develop the client relationship through continuous service quality improvement
- Lead projects and manage transitions
- Define needs and organize production resources
- Analyze operational and financial statistics of client accounts
- Supervise and support employees in achieving their objectives
Requirements
- Technical and organizational knowledge of production environments
- Project management and change management techniques
- Strong command of remote management and people management
- Excellent written communication skills
- Fluency in French and English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field, or at least 2 years of experience in a confirmed position
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Dutch
