Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of end-to-end delivery for RDSS/ADMS projects within utility and grid environments.
• Ensure strict adherence to client technical specifications, distribution automation standards, grid codes, and contractual obligations.
• Review and validate engineering deliverables, including SCADA/ADMS architecture, ETAP power flow studies, and protection coordination.
• Act as the primary technical lead for client and vendor interfaces, managing escalations, change requests, and technical queries.
• Coordinate with Engineering Managers to ensure execution aligns with project schedules and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, milestone trackers, and risk registers.
• Prepare and present structured project status reports to clients and senior management.

Requirements

• Strong domain knowledge in utility/grid operations, distribution automation, RDSS, ADMS, SCADA, and smart grid technologies.
• Hands-on experience with ETAP, power system studies, and protection coordination.
• Ability to interpret and validate Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), protection schemes, and telemetry configurations.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or Smartsheet.
• Experience with power system automation and smart grid communication networks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Power, Automation, or Instrumentation Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• 8–12 years of experience in utility or grid operations projects, specifically focusing on RDSS/ADMS or SCADA/Automation.
• Proven track record as a single-point delivery owner for technically complex, client-facing projects.
