About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering quality services in accordance with contracts
  • Act as a primary relationship and escalation contact for customers
  • Align customer requirements and expectations with service levels
  • Manage governance across service management, incident management, and change management
  • Drive continual service improvement and operational service delivery
  • Build trusted relationships with key customer contacts
  • Manage budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements
