About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering quality services in accordance with contracts
- Act as a primary relationship and escalation contact for customers
- Align customer requirements and expectations with service levels
- Manage governance across service management, incident management, and change management
- Drive continual service improvement and operational service delivery
- Build trusted relationships with key customer contacts
- Manage budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements

- Excellent customer relationship building and leadership skills
- Ability to bring teams together for outcomes-based solutions
- Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial contracts
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills using data and situational analysis
- Strong consultative and planning skills with a solution-focused approach to escalation
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
- Experience in governance and customer relationship management
- Strong background in managing risks, issues, and service improvements
