About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations for the SPDB platform and related products, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Oversee the full application lifecycle, including strategic planning, implementation, maintenance, and support.
  • Define and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the application support delivery team, managing Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support functions.
  • Establish and drive adoption of Change Management and Service Management processes for Entry into Service (EIS).
  • Collaborate with business leaders to translate objectives into long-term application strategies and roadmaps.
  • Manage application-related budgets, including licensing, support costs, and project expenses.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and manage relationships with third-party software vendors.
  • Monitor service performance through KPIs and provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in Release Management, Service Delivery, Service Operations, or Project Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Application Management.
  • Mandatory expertise in the ITIL framework.
  • Strong technical background in Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC), IT infrastructure, and database management.
  • Proven experience leading teams of IT professionals and managing budgets.
  • Experience with PLM toolsets (Functional Acceptance Testing experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in English; knowledge of French is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work European or North American business hours as required.
