Service Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the outreach unit and ensure appointments run smoothly
• Act as the first point of escalation for operational queries
• Manage staff attendance and break coverage
• Uphold clinical governance standards during blood sample collection and physical measurements
• Facilitate participant flow through the unit
• Support the UK’s largest health research programme gathering vital health data

Requirements

• Be 25 years old or over
• Hold a clean full manual driving licence
• Have not been refused motor insurance
• Have held a full licence for at least 12 months
