Service Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to Healthcare Assistants and Phlebotomists
• Ensure day-to-day delivery of high-quality care
• Maintain clinical governance and compliance targets
• Manage staff attendance, scheduling, and operational queries
• Support staff during breaks to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

• Phlebotomy Certificate
• Minimum of one year of active experience drawing blood
• Immediate Right to Work in the UK

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Delivery Lead
