About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership to Healthcare Assistants and Phlebotomists
  • Ensure day-to-day delivery of high-quality care and clinical governance compliance
  • Manage staff attendance, scheduling, and operational queries
  • Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues
  • Ensure services are safe and delivered seamlessly

Requirements

  • Phlebotomy Certificate
  • Minimum of one year of active experience drawing blood
  • Immediate Right to Work in the UK

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Service Delivery Lead
