About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership to Healthcare Assistants and Phlebotomists
- Ensure day-to-day delivery of high-quality care
- Maintain clinical governance and compliance targets
- Ensure services are safe and delivered seamlessly
- Manage staff attendance, scheduling, and breaks
- Act as the first point of escalation for operational queries
Requirements
- Phlebotomy Certificate
- Minimum of one year of active experience drawing blood
- Immediate Right to Work in the UK
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Delivery Lead
