Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to Healthcare Assistants and Phlebotomists
• Ensure day-to-day excellence in quality care provision
• Maintain clinical governance and compliance targets
• Ensure services are safe and delivered seamlessly
• Manage staff attendance and scheduling
• Act as the first point of escalation for operational queries
• Support HCA/Phlebotomists during breaks

Requirements

• Phlebotomy Certificate
• Minimum of one year of active experience drawing blood
• Valid PVG certificate (for candidates in Scotland)
• Immediate Right to Work in the UK

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Service Delivery Lead experience
