Service Delivery HR Trainee - German Speaker (f/m/div)

Responsibilities

• Support general Human Resources inquiries and employee-related services through standardized responses
• Manage employee inquiries via service systems and provide customer support
• Provide phone and chat support in both English and German
• Maintain and improve knowledge management articles to enhance self-service support
• Contribute to the creation and updating of communication response templates
• Assist the HR team with administrative tasks including printing and mailing activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Fluency in English
• Good command of German (at least B1 level required)
• Experience in customer service or a service-minded approach
• Strong communication skills and ability to take responsibility
