Service-Delivery Engineer-Electric

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site commissioning, maintenance, and inspection of UPS products for regional customers.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with regional customers.
• Provide technical support to service sales teams to drive service delivery.
• Conduct on-site training sessions for customers regarding equipment usage and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
• Solid professional foundation with knowledge of electrical schematics and control circuit design.
• Understanding of common component working principles and ability to perform system debugging and fault analysis.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with a high level of customer service awareness.
• Ability to adapt to high-pressure environments and travel frequently (approximately 75% travel requirement).
• Willingness to work at locations assigned by the company.
