About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery operations and follow SOPs to ensure efficient service execution
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues in Windows-based environments
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, trackers, and status updates
  • Assist with installation, configuration, maintenance, and rectification of IT equipment and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with internal teams and service desk functions to resolve issues and meet timelines
  • Communicate progress clearly to users, stakeholders, and team members

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience in IT support or service delivery
  • NV1 Security Clearance
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Working knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals, and Windows end-user environments
  • Strong troubleshooting, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and manage assigned tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting LAN/WAN environments
  • Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management practices
  • Formal IT qualifications or a degree in a related field
  • Exposure to AWS or Azure fundamentals
