Service Delivery Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful delivery of Group IT services and solutions to local business entities, maintaining seamless and compliant operations.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues in collaboration with vendors and support teams.
• Act as the local point of contact for the factory, implementing and maintaining Group IT solutions for local production needs.
• Participate in the delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT processes, systems, and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance service delivery.
• Act as a business advisory agent, guiding employees on the use of Group IT solutions and security best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in Production Environments, OT, or Manufacturing PC environments.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure services including network, server hosting, cloud, and PC support.
• Experience with O365 products and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence essentials, including LLM prompts and AI Agent capabilities.
• ITIL Certification (or strong knowledge of ITIL principles).
• Fluency in English (written and oral) and fluency in the local language.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
