Service-Delivery Engineer-Cooling

Responsibilities

• Perform commissioning, maintenance, and routine inspections of regional air conditioning products.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with regional customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide technical support and maintenance assistance to the service sales team.
• Conduct on-site training for customers regarding product operation and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Energy and Power Engineering, Refrigeration and Low Temperature Technology, or a related major.
• Solid understanding of refrigeration system principles, including component structures and operating logic.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to travel frequently (approximately 75% of the time) and adapt to various working environments.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow company assignments regarding work location.
