Service-Delivery Engineer-Cooling

Responsibilities

• Perform commissioning, maintenance, and inspection of regional air conditioning products to ensure stable operation.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with regional customers.
• Provide technical support and maintenance assistance to the service sales team.
• Conduct on-site training for customers regarding product usage and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Energy and Power Engineering, Refrigeration and Low Temperature Technology, or a related major.
• Solid understanding of refrigeration system principles, including component structures and operational logic.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with a high level of customer service awareness.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to various environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently (approximately 75% of the time).
