About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety compliance by following all rules, wearing required PPE, and reporting equipment concerns
- Perform physical labor including trenching, digging, backfilling, shoveling, and sweeping
- Support facility maintenance through concrete form building, painting, and general housekeeping
- Assist with equipment maintenance by lubricating and oiling machinery
- Support maintenance teams and respond to operational callouts as needed
- Participate in required training sessions and plant outage work
Requirements

- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to read diagrams
