Service Coordinator/Customer Service Clerk

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate field service technician assignments, including direct communication with customers for scheduling and deployment details
• Manage the commercial processing of service orders (maintenance, repairs, conversions, and warranty work) from quotation to final billing
• Maintain and archive commercial documentation for all provided service activities
• Coordinate services in close collaboration with internal departments and external suppliers
• Procure necessary consumables and tools for service operations

Requirements

• Commercial training or technical/craft training with experience in a commercial role
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong IT affinity
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
• Basic knowledge of English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SAP systems
