Service Coordinator - Sterility Assurance

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between clients, laboratory staff, and support groups to ensure outstanding service delivery.
• Perform initial verification of data packs and update all internal systems.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service Center departments to obtain, update, and manage purchase orders and quotes.
• Manage change orders, pricing revisions, and study tracking.
• Coordinate in-house transfer studies, shared samples, and sample returns.
• Provide clients with status updates and preliminary data.
• Assist management with reports regarding study tracking and key metrics.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements including GMP, GLP, and ISO standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and one year of applicable customer service experience, OR an A.A./A.S. or B.A./B.S. degree.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn CRM software.
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a professional environment.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working within a regulated laboratory or healthcare environment.
