Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth management of laundry cycles
• Onboard and train new employees in their tasks
• Guide and support the team in daily work
• Participate in field work and cover shifts as needed
• Manage practical arrangements and ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Strong previous experience in the cleaning industry
• Experience in supervisory work or team leadership
• Fluent Finnish language skills
• B-class driver's license
