Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service technician scheduling for both field and in-house service jobs
• Manage service administration, including generating, maintaining, and closing service tickets
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers using a "Customer First" philosophy
• Raise non-conformance reports and communicate with Quality and Engineering departments regarding warranty issues
• Handle shipping and receiving duties related to service operations
• Ensure all service documentation and administration are accurate and up to date

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or an equivalent technical qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a service or practical engineering environment
• Technical knowledge of valves, actuators, and digital control systems
• Understanding of basic electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and MTMS
• Proven project management and team leadership skills
• Fluency in English
• Experience using ERP systems

• Strong multitasking abilities and high level of data input accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider national service team
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
