Service Coordinator I

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between clients, laboratory staff, and support groups to ensure outstanding service delivery.
• Perform initial verification of data packs and update all internal systems.
• Collaborate with Log In, Sales, and Service Center departments to resolve discrepancies and update purchase orders.
• Manage change orders, pricing revisions, and study tracking.
• Coordinate in-house transfer studies, shared samples, and sample returns.
• Provide status updates and preliminary data to clients.
• Assist with the sample return process and order necessary supplies.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with GMP, GLP, and ISO standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and one year of applicable customer service experience, OR an A.A./A.S. or B.A./B.S. degree.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to respond to communications promptly.
