About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, technicians, and sales advisors regarding repair requests
  • Create repair orders for shipments to manufacturers and complete necessary customs forms
  • Manage the tracking, reception, billing, and shipping of repaired items to customers
  • Respond to service requests from clients and technicians in a timely manner
  • Monitor warranties and manage the return of parts
  • Open work orders for equipment undergoing repair

Requirements

  • High school diploma or college diploma preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in service, parts, or inventory control
  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Experience with inventory control processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
