About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, technicians, and sales advisors regarding repair requests
- Create repair orders for shipments to manufacturers and complete necessary customs forms
- Manage the tracking, reception, billing, and shipping of repaired items to customers
- Respond to service requests from clients and technicians in a timely manner
- Monitor warranties and manage the return of parts
- Open work orders for equipment undergoing repair
Requirements
- High school diploma or college diploma preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in service, parts, or inventory control
- Proven experience in customer service
- Experience with inventory control processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
