Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service personnel to ensure optimal workflows for service orders involving internal large components both domestically and internationally
• Act as a direct point of contact for customers, supporting them through the preparation and follow-up of services
• Coordinate with national and international subcontractors and integrate them into the service process
• Assist with calculations, the creation of offers, and ensure all service-related documentation is maintained
• Collaborate closely with Service Managers and Supply Chain Management to ensure material availability and efficient transport

Requirements

• Technical degree or state-certified technician/master certification in a technical field
• Relevant professional experience in service coordination or work preparation
• Structured, independent working style and strong organizational talent
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
• Very good written and spoken communication skills in both German and English
• Strong customer orientation and ability to work effectively in a team
