About the role

Responsibilities

  • Schedule technicians to customer job sites and manage job details
  • Manage technician schedules, job tickets, and material orders
  • Review department reports to ensure customer commitments are met
  • Assist with billing paperwork and customer documentation requirements
  • Create and maintain service tickets to ensure service dates are met
  • Work with the estimating team to provide service quotes
  • Aid field technicians with technical and mechanical troubleshooting
  • Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse

Requirements

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the door industry
  • Experience in dispatch or high-volume administration
