About the role
Responsibilities
- Schedule technicians to customer job sites and manage job details
- Manage technician schedules, job tickets, and material orders
- Review department reports to ensure customer commitments are met
- Assist with billing paperwork and customer documentation requirements
- Create and maintain service tickets to ensure service dates are met
- Work with the estimating team to provide service quotes
- Aid field technicians with technical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse
Requirements
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the door industry
- Experience in dispatch or high-volume administration
