Responsibilities
- Update work in progress and completion deadlines
- Coordinate project completion
- Manage subcontractor scope, communication, scheduling, and service reports
- Manage purchase orders for open work
- Prepare deficiency and equipment assessment reports
- Track service reports and recommendations
- Update tasking for current contracts
- Handle new client setup forms and security clearance updates
- Update client operation manuals
- Track and report health and safety statistics
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (asset)
- Experience in the construction industry (asset)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
