About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, plan, schedule, and oversee all service jobs including necessary resources, spare parts, and logistics.
  • Act as the single point of contact for customers to build and maintain sustainable relationships.
  • Manage customer satisfaction by ensuring contractual obligations, quality standards, and HSE requirements are met.
  • Oversee the service order process from initial quotation through to invoicing and cash collection.
  • Manage all required reporting and documentation, ensuring timely data registration in company systems.
  • Collaborate with other Accelleron units to harmonize service activities and maximize service sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in the marine or power generation field, specifically working as a service engineer.
  • Hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning, and repairing heavy marine or power generation equipment.
  • Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Ability to travel 10 to 20 days to domestic locations within the United States or Mexico.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills with a collaborative, solution-focused approach.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
