About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, plan, schedule, and implement service jobs, ensuring all necessary resources, spare parts, and logistics are available for site work.
  • Manage the end-to-end service order process from initial quotation through to invoicing and cash collection.
  • Assist with customer requirements and inquiries while ensuring all contractual obligations and business requirements are met.
  • Oversee health, safety, and environmental management, including performing LMRA reviews for lifting and rigging operations.
  • Review scopes of work to manage claims and changes, ensuring all parties fulfill their contractual duties.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and documentation within the ERP system to ensure timely data registration.
  • Collaborate with other business units to harmonize service activities and identify opportunities to maximize service sales.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a technical role supporting industrial turbocharging systems, including customer interaction for diagnostics and resolution.
  • 5 years of experience in service coordination or project management within the powerplant or marine industry.
  • 5 years of experience guiding teams in rotor balancing, including machine calibration, operation, and troubleshooting.
  • 5 years of experience performing LMRA reviews and overseeing lifting/rigging operations in complex environments.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for work orders and inventory management.
  • Experience performing turbocharger field service and providing technical assistance regarding engine performance and emissions.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 5% of the time, including weekends and holidays.
