Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead the VIC Technical Services team to ensure key program and network commitments are met
• Foster effective teamwork, communication, and change management to promote the Technology team's vision
• Prepare job plans, conduct staff appraisals, and identify training and development needs
• Develop collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Take ownership of State and National Broadcast Support issues and manage technical operations
• Manage support escalation in accordance with defined national procedures
• Establish and enhance client relationships to ensure service obligations are met or exceeded

Requirements

• Expert knowledge and experience in complex technical support, maintenance, or operations within a broadcast technology environment
• Proven leadership and highly developed interpersonal skills
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated experience in financial and resource management
• High-level communication and negotiation skills with a strong client focus
• Understanding of technical innovation and its application in the broadcast industry
