Service Contracts Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming service contract calls and emails in accordance with established KPIs
• Create, update, and maintain service contracts within SAP S/4
• Prepare and issue contract quotes and follow through to completion
• Support new contract setups and renewals during warranty transitions
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and ensure system data accuracy
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Specialists, Legal, and external vendors
• Handle customer and internal enquiries regarding service contracts
• Assist with purchase orders, equipment warranty tracking, and ad hoc technical support tasks

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or administrative support, ideally in a technical or service contracts environment
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4 Service Management
• Proven ability to manage service requests, documentation, and contract administration processes
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and KPI targets
• Highly organized with a detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills for engaging with internal teams and stakeholders

• Exposure to project work and cross-functional collaboration
