Service Contract Resident

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned service contracts by leading work teams and optimizing human, financial, and material resources.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance management for equipment fleets, including resource allocation and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations (DS-023, Law 29783) and company policies.
• Coordinate with client contract managers and zone supervisors to conduct control meetings and identify improvement opportunities.
• Supervise the quality of maintenance work, component repairs, and general repairs according to Epiroc standards.
• Control the use of Epiroc and client assets, including tools, supplies, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report monthly maintenance management indicators and develop action plans to improve operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Mining Engineering (Titled and Licensed/Colegiado).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Advanced knowledge of Maintenance Management (short, medium, and long-term planning for mining and construction fleets).
• Knowledge of Epiroc mining and construction equipment, including hydraulic-electrical systems and blueprint reading.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet tools.
• Valid A2B Driver's License.
• Availability for high-altitude travel and atypical work schedules.
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisive operational decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialization in Asset Management.
• Intermediate English language skills.
