Service Contract Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage client communications and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Organize on-site interventions and proactively lead planned maintenance activities.
• Ensure the execution of long-term service contract deliverables and manage technical documentation.
• Provide initial technical support to clients by managing and logging technical issues.
• Develop techno-commercial offers in collaboration with the sales team.
• Promote technical solutions, products, and spare parts to extend maintenance contracts.
• Manage contract budgets and implement continuous improvement processes through feedback loops.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree in power electronics or industrial computing.
• 4-5 years of experience in project management or maintenance contract management.
• Strong technical knowledge in electrical engineering, automation, or industrial IT.
• Full professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

• Ability to work autonomously with high levels of rigor and method.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to react effectively in urgent or high-pressure situations.
