Service Contract Administration Intern

Responsibilities

• Support service contract administration and daily business processes
• Work with data, documentation, and systems within an international organization
• Prepare reports, summaries, and analyses to support business decision-making
• Participate in settlement and invoicing processes
• Collaborate with the Renault Trucks service network and various internal departments
• Gain practical knowledge of aftersales processes

Requirements

• Student of economics, finance, administration, logistics, management, or related fields
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with data and documentation
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous professional experience or involvement in student organizations
• Interest in business processes and data analysis
• Proficiency in English
