Service Communicator

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate repair estimates, proformas, and invoices for rental and field service departments
• Communicate repair updates to customers to maintain loyalty and meet expectations
• Manage scheduling for customers and vendors, including dispatching and workflow vouchering
• Ensure customer approval for all parts, labor, and miscellaneous charges
• Open and manage work orders with accurate coding and technician standard hours
• Coordinate with the credit department to ensure timely payments
• Maintain assigned WIP in alignment with department metrics

Requirements

• Two years of general office experience
• Three to five years of customer service, relationship building, or sales experience
• Proficiency in PC skills
• Valid California Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work at a fast pace under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Three to five years of equipment parts or service experience
