About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate repair estimates, proformas, and invoices for rental and field service departments
- Communicate repair updates to customers to maintain loyalty and meet expectations
- Manage scheduling for customers and vendors, including dispatching and workflow vouchering
- Ensure customer approval for all parts, labor, and miscellaneous charges
- Open and manage work orders with accurate coding and technician standard hours
- Coordinate with the credit department to ensure timely payments
- Maintain assigned WIP in alignment with department metrics
Requirements
- Two years of general office experience
- Three to five years of customer service, relationship building, or sales experience
- Proficiency in PC skills
- Valid California Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work at a fast pace under pressure

- Three to five years of equipment parts or service experience
