About the role

Responsibilities

  • Sell spare parts to customers and provide expert advice to agricultural businesses
  • Independently process repair orders and create customer quotes
  • Manage and review warranty and goodwill claims while handling complaints professionally
  • Oversee and maintain responsibility for the spare parts warehouse and inventory levels
  • Support marketing activities through market and competitor analysis

Requirements

  • Technical or commercial vocational training
  • Ideally a connection to the agricultural sector
  • Experience in spare parts sales within the agricultural technology industry is a plus
  • Valid Class B driver's license
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong customer orientation and a confident demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and with high engagement
