About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell spare parts to customers and provide expert advice to agricultural businesses
- Independently process repair orders and create customer quotes
- Manage and review warranty and goodwill claims while handling complaints professionally
- Oversee and maintain responsibility for the spare parts warehouse and inventory levels
- Support marketing activities through market and competitor analysis
Requirements
- Technical or commercial vocational training
- Ideally a connection to the agricultural sector
- Experience in spare parts sales within the agricultural technology industry is a plus
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong customer orientation and a confident demeanor
- Ability to work independently and with high engagement
