Service & Claims Consultant

Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless member experiences for No Additional Charge (NAC) insurance programs by providing exceptional customer service and handling claims.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding coverage prescribed by their Card Terms and Conditions.
• Identify sales opportunities and utilize sales skills to meet assigned campaign targets and retain existing customers.
• Ensure all written queries are handled professionally and within a five-day timeframe.
• Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal Chubb policies and procedures.
• Meet or exceed financial targets and service levels while maintaining high QA scores.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months of experience in a customer service focused role.
• Excellent phone manner and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• A results-driven mindset and a strong ability to work as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in claims handling is highly regarded but not required.
